1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Stayzogo ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the stayzogo.in website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Offered

Stayzogo acts as an online marketplace and informational aggregator that:

• Enables travelers to browse, search, compare, and reserve hotel rooms, resort suites, and homestays.
• Allows registered property owners/hosts to list, manage, and promote their accommodations.
• Facilitates messaging and payment processing for reservations.

Please note that Stayzogo does not own, run, manage, or operate any hotel properties, nor do we act as an insurer or real estate agent. The contract for accommodation is made directly between the Guest and the Hotel/Host.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the site (such as listing a property or managing historical reservations), you may be required to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials.
• Promptly update details to keep them accurate and complete.
• Assume full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Bookings & Payments

By making a booking on Stayzogo, you enter into a direct (legally binding) relationship with the accommodation provider.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading details.
• Making speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations.
• Using automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to harvest data from the website.
• Bypassing or manipulating the website's pricing and fee structures.
• Posting offensive, discriminatory, or harassing content or reviews.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, source code, databases, design layout, templates, logo, graphics, and text are our proprietary property and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property rights. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stayzogo acts purely as a listing and reservation facilitation platform. We are not liable for any issues, deficiencies, accidents, injuries, or losses that arise during your stay at any listed hotel or resort.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Stayzogo or its directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or booking services. Our total liability for any booking claims is capped at the convenience fee or amount paid to Stayzogo for that transaction.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
